Agenda

  • Discuss and resolve open issues i.e. issue 91 - 92 - 93 - 94

Minutes

  • Up-to-date list of issues can be consulted here
  • Issue 21: copy physicians - will be on hold until the lab order will be implemented
  • Issue 92: new issue "mime-type FHIR" raised by UZ Gent
  • which mime type to use ?
  • we recommend the FHIR mime types: https://www.hl7.org/fhir/http.html#mime-type
  • if mime type is transferred as metadata this is not checked
  • it is recommended that there is validated that the FHIR mime is used
  • Issue 93: what does the GP soft do if the FHIR format is not correct ?
  • combination of labo and GP software
  • central repository is necessary that indicates which formats a GP/GP soft (per RIZIV number) can receive (Medidoc, FHIR, ...), having the language of GP is also useful for labo
  • this has been raised to the eHealth platform
  • option is to include this in the COBHRA addressbook managed by the caregiver
  • Issue 94 : New interpretation coded set: how to correctly refer to the set
  • to interpret a result we have a valueset but the reference is giving errors
  • a subset of the HL7 int'l set is used but it is giving errors at validator level; to be corrected
  • Issue 91 : in the Belgian standard one performer value is mandatory
  • diagnostic report - performer : could be labo - profile will be changed and guidance has to be modified
  • interpreter : validator of the report, is practioner, it can be more than one
  • author on composition level: is this a person or organization - does this have to be sent, is not mandatory ; we agree that this is the lab (as organisation) as the info is mandatory in the int'l profile so cannot be changed

  • Action items:
  • update profile and guidance

Next Meeting: on Tuesday March 8 4PM - please note that this is in 3 weeks !
