Meeting Minutes
- Feedback on changes that were presented last week
- the same presentation is also available here
- an organisation of nurses will not always be a Circle of Trust
- therefore it is not a solution to all groups as not all of them are in a Circle of Trust, they have to upload each of them their certificate
- addition of OrganisationTask is positive but there is an edge case: if patient goes on holiday to the coast and is followed by a different organisation
- can it be changed easily ? another nurse or organisation can take up a prescription, but this requires
- unhappy flow: if the prescribing doctor cannot connect with UHMEP, he will give
- what will unhappy flow: if the caregiver cannot connect with UHMEP --> no solution yet, the different use cases have to be looked into
- Quite some minor changes have been made to the Early adopter branch
- all changes have been logged as issues and can be tracked as such
- once approved here, the changes will be merged in the main branch
- Bart presents an overview of the changes
- last year we worked on the cares including one nursing care
- a status diagram shows the status changes of a referral prescription
- work on generic template
- it has been modelled as a one care template and ben used for all nursing procedures
- category and code are both Snomed CT codes for "nursing procedure", as generic as possible
- more specific Snomed CT code can be put in the orderDetail, that can be added to each serviceRequest
- other elements can be added in free text in the "note"
- change regarding basedOn vs focus
- the nurse is responsible for the execution of the task, an administrative person can link an organisationaTask to the referral prescription
