- IBP services that will be run by institutions, a request has already been raised (Helena & Belrai Flanders already uses this paradigm)
- some organisations want to host their own FHIR server: IBP that connects to IAM can be a solution ?
- not possible for a small organisation to have own IDP
- bigger organisations (CoT) can use this having a trust relationship with the eHealth platform
